How's this for blending cultures...

We went to the local mall this evening because Devin wanted to put up a Christmas tree in our house. 

So we're riding home in the tuktuk, with a new (fake) Christmas tree, singing "Felez Navidad" in Thailand where it's about 85 degrees.

We started laughing about our "cultural disconnect."  They make the ex-pat life kind of fun.

And regardless of what holiday you are (or are not) celebrating this year, Happy Holidays!  We hope 2009 is full of health and happiness for you and yours!
