David has wanted a haircut for a while, and being the penny-pincher that I am, I asked him if I could give him a haircut for free with my clippers instead of going to the local barber shop. (By the way, his haircut there cost 25 baht including tip, or abotu 80 cents.)
So I took a picture of David before the haircut...
Here's a picture of the big pile of hair on the floor in the shower.
And David after the haircut.
Cutting the back of David's hair was a nightmare. The kid is so ticklish! Of course, many people might point out this is simply another case of "what goes around comes around." As a kid, my mom would take me to Phipps Barbershop in Yakima. When I walked through the door, the two barbers (I forget their first names, Dale and Lee or something like that) would draw straws to see who got the "lucky" job of cutting my hair. I was that ticklish. I guess I deserve it...
