Since we moved to our new house, we've been working on filling it with important things like a new washing machine, hot water heater for the upstairs shower, etc.  This has led to a few hilarious encounters at the local HomePro.  (Similar to HomeDepot, orange aprons and all.)

Here's one of these encounters:  While looking for a washing machine at the HomePro in Chonburi, we attracted quite a crowd.  At one point when Devin was talking to a salesperson about the washing machines, I counted no less than 17 people in orange aprons surrounding us.  A few were engaged in the conversation with Devin, but most were simply gawking.  The two biggest subjects for their gawking:  Me and David.  Being one of the biggest whitest guys the locals ever see always causes a stir.  And of course David and his precocious behavior always gets a reaction.

So...how many people does it take to buy a washing machine?

I guess the answer is 17.
